Undrafts is a blog publishing platform that connects to Notion. We provide hosting, subdomain routing, and automatic publishing of your content.

2. Using Undrafts

You may use Undrafts only in compliance with:

• these Terms
• our Acceptable Use Policy
• applicable laws

You agree not to:

• misuse the service
• attempt to hack or disrupt systems
• upload illegal or harmful content
• impersonate others

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Your Content

You own your content.

You grant Undrafts permission to:

• fetch your content from Notion
• cache and store it
• display it on your blog

We do not claim ownership. This license ends when you delete your blog or account.

You are responsible for what you publish.

5. Subdomains

We provide free subdomains (yourname.undrafts.app).

Subdomains are:

• first-come, first-served
• subject to availability
• may be reclaimed if your account is terminated

Subdomains may not impersonate brands, people, or organizations.

6. Service Disclaimer

Undrafts is provided "as is" with no guarantees.

We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime
• error-free operation
• that features won't change

You use Undrafts at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

We may terminate access for:

• abuse
• violations of these terms
• violations of law

Upon deletion, your stored data is permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• we are not liable for data loss
• our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the past 12 months

Your sole remedy is to stop using Undrafts.

9. Changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
